These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of siennalifeinsurance.com and any communication between you and Sienna Life Insurance LLC (“Siena Insurance Services,” “we,” “us”). By using this site or contacting us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
1. Who we are
Sienna Life Insurance LLC is a private, licensed insurance agency located at 9602 Brierfield St, Pico Rivera, CA 90660. We are independent insurance producers. We sell life insurance policies issued by third-party insurance carriers.
2. No government affiliation
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Defense, the Social Security Administration, or any other government agency. Nothing offered on this site is a government benefit or program. Purchasing a policy from us does not affect, replace or enhance any benefit you have earned through military service or any other government program.
3. This site is not an offer of insurance
The content on this site is general information for education only. It is not insurance advice, not a recommendation about your particular situation, not an offer to sell insurance, and not a solicitation in any state where we are not licensed. No coverage exists until an application is approved by the issuing carrier and the first premium is paid.
4. Policy terms control
Coverage amounts, premiums, underwriting standards, waiting periods, graded or limited benefit periods, exclusions and limitations are determined solely by the issuing carrier and vary by state, age, coverage amount, tobacco use and health history. If anything on this site conflicts with the policy contract you are issued, the policy contract controls.
5. Figures and examples
Funeral cost figures cited on this site are national medians published by the National Funeral Directors Association in its 2023 General Price List Study and exclude cemetery plot, interment, monument and grave marker costs. Coverage examples illustrate typical uses of a death benefit. They are not a promise about your costs or about what any policy will pay.
6. SMS / text messaging terms
Program description
Sienna Life Insurance LLC operates an SMS program that sends text messages to people who have asked us for a life insurance quote, booked an appointment with us, or are existing policyholders. Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, quote follow-ups, replies to questions you have asked, requests for information needed to complete an application, and occasional customer care or policy service notices.
How you opt in
You opt in by submitting your mobile number to us through a form or booking calendar on this website, by texting us first, or by giving your number and permission to one of our agents. When you opt in you agree to receive text messages from Siena Insurance Services at the number you provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You can expect approximately 2 to 8 messages per month, depending on where you are in the quote or application process.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Siena Insurance Services does not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply.

How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. After you send STOP we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts to that number. To rejoin, sign up again as described above or reply START.
Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Supported carriers
Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket and others.
Privacy
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Phone calls and email
By providing your phone number you also agree that a licensed insurance agent may call you at that number about insurance products, including by automated dialing technology or prerecorded message. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may ask us to stop calling at any time by telling the agent or calling (562) 456-8083.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site unlawfully, to submit false information, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the site’s operation.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, design, logos and marks, is owned by Sienna Life Insurance LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sienna Life Insurance LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of this site or reliance on its content.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
