Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 28, 2026
Sienna Life Insurance LLC (“Siena Insurance Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates siennalifeinsurance.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to this website, to phone calls and text messages between us, and to any quote or application you request.
By using this site or providing your information, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you book a call, request a quote or contact us, we collect your name, mobile or landline phone number, email address, date of birth or age, state of residence, tobacco use, and general health information. If you apply for a policy we also collect the information the insurance carrier requires on its application, which may include your address, Social Security number, beneficiary details and more detailed medical history.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page and the source that referred you, using cookies and similar technologies including analytics and advertising pixels.
2. How we use your information
- To contact you about the coverage you asked about, by phone, text or email.
- To obtain quotes from the insurance carriers we are appointed with, and to submit an application if you choose to apply.
- To service your policy and answer questions after it is issued.
- To meet our record-keeping, licensing and supervisory obligations as a licensed insurance agency.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
3. Mobile information and text messaging
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your mobile phone number, your opt-in to receive text messages, and your SMS consent status are never sold, rented, shared or otherwise disclosed to third parties, affiliates or lead buyers for their own marketing purposes. We use your mobile number only to communicate with you about your request, your quote and your policy.
We provide your number to service providers only to the extent they need it to deliver our own messages to you — for example, our customer relationship management platform and our SMS delivery provider. Those providers act on our instructions, are bound by confidentiality obligations, and may not use your number for their own purposes.
Full messaging terms, including message frequency, rates, and how to get help or stop messages, are in our SMS Terms.
4. When we share information
We share your information only in these situations:
- Insurance carriers. To quote, underwrite and issue the policy you asked for.
- Service providers. Our CRM, scheduling, email, SMS, hosting and analytics vendors, under contract, only to run our business — never for their own marketing.
- Legal and regulatory. When required by law, subpoena, or a state Department of Insurance, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
- Business transfer. If our business is sold or merged, subject to this policy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third-party lead buyers, data brokers or marketing aggregators.
5. Your choices
- Text messages. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
- Phone calls. Tell the agent to stop calling, or call us at (562) 456-8083, and we will add you to our internal do-not-call list.
- Email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Access, correction and deletion. You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to the records we are required to retain as a licensed insurance agency.
California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, call (562) 456-8083 or email joeyjordansanchez@gmail.com.
6. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for basic site function, analytics and advertising measurement. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.
7. Security and retention
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, and we retain it for as long as required by the insurance record-keeping rules that apply to us. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children’s privacy
This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
